Your morning begins with the laughter of kookaburras and soft light spilling across the range. Brew a coffee and step out onto the terrace as the mist lifts from the valley.

After a slow breakfast, take a scenic drive through the Sunshine Coast hinterland. You can stop at the Witta farmers market for local produce, then onto Maleny for a wander through village cafés or pick up a wedge of creamy Maleny Camembert for later.

By lunchtime, you’ll settle in for a relaxed meal at the pub in Montville or Mapleton, before exploring the local galleries and boutiques.

The afternoon might take you to Kondalilla Falls for a rainforest walk, or perhaps to Maleny Botanic Gardens for sweeping views across the Glass House Mountains.

As evening approaches, return to the estate with a bottle of wine and a grazing board of local cheeses. Enjoy the sunset from the terrace as the countryside quietens around you.

Later, light the fire pit, toast marshmallows beneath the stars, and enjoy the cool hinterland air.

Pristine, silky smooth and packed with flavour, this liquid gold is made with love by our very happy bees. They spend their days foraging among the flowering trees and native bushland that surround the estate.

Each batch is carefully harvested and bottled with care, capturing the unique character of the seasons and the landscape.

Spread it on warm sourdough, stir it into tea, or drizzle it over a wedge of creamy Maleny Camembert for the perfect hinterland pairing.
